Synopsis: A powerful journey of sisterhood, personal growth & healing, including yoga, workshops, and soulful conversations.

  

Description: The goal of the retreat is to provide a supportive environment for women to connect deeply with themselves and with each other. This retreat is designed to be a catalyst for personal growth, healing and meaningful new friendships. Through yoga, meditation, integrative workshops and soulful conversations, the women will embark on a transformative journey, leaving renewed and inspired, ready to embrace more confidence, community & a sense of belonging that transcends beyond the retreat.

 

Target Audience: For heart-led women who crave an experience of personal growth & connection. For those who are ready to slow down in nature, silence the noise, strengthen their relationship with their body & spirit, as well as enhance their ability to navigate challenges, friendships & communication.

 

Number of participants: Minimum: 10, Maximum: 14

 

Schedule: 

Friday May 31st:

  • 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Arrival
  • 6 pm - 7:30 pm : Yin + Therapeutic Touch

 

Saturday, June 1st:

  • 8 am - 9:30 am: Yoga
  • 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm : Women's Circle Workshop
  • 7 pm - 8 pm : Breathwork Journey

 

Sunday, June 2nd

  • 9 am - 10 am : Yoga
  • 11:15 am - noon : Closing Circle
  • 1 pm : Departure

 

Biography:

 

Danika is a seasoned, trained and certified trauma-informed somatic coach, yoga teacher, and musician, yet her true gift lies in crafting spaces that cultivate curiosity, body awareness, and playfulness. With a keen eye for detail, she fosters environments where women can explore, connect, and grow. Drawing from personal experiences of overcoming heartbreak and rebuilding meaningful friendships, Danika understands the power of leaning in and the transformative potential of sisterhood. Through her Women's Circle retreats, she invites others to embrace vulnerability, deepen connections, and embark on their own journey of healing and empowerment.
