Description

In the beautiful setting of La Solitude we’ll create a safe space to integrate body and spirit as we explore meditative and yogic practices that open the heart, our centre of gratitude, compassion and beauty.
Guided imagery and meditations on nature and our personal journey will alternate with energy work (Pranayama), Mudras that nurture the physical and intuitive heart, and yoga. Postures may be practiced on a chair or on the mat – both modalities are possible. Evening sessions will conclude with Yoga Nidra or yogic “sleep” while awake: this will help us transition into a deeply relaxing good night’s sleep.
