Life is good. Yet it is up to each one of us to make sure we live by our own definition. Our definition will change throughout our lives. We choose what’s important, and make it a priority.

You are invited to pause for a day and see life with wonderment and gratitude so that you may capture the gifts waiting to be perceived. This rest nurtures body, mind and spirit. It is also an invitation to hear your inner voice.
There are different themes each month, but all gatherings (workshops) include: practising conscious breathing and meditation, honouring nature’s wisdom and living your own nature, exploring your own definition of Living Well, adopting rituals to guide you in your daily life, speaking your Truth…

Monthly, every 3rd Wednesday

July 18—Legacy, Who Are You? (French)
September 19—Daily Rituals (French)
