A journey into music and meditation, featuring kirtan, mantra, guided meditation, singing bowls, deep listening, and lots of spacious silence.

“When I am silent, I fall into that place where everything is music.” — Rumi

Experience the nourishing, connecting and transformative power of sound… and the blissful silence that compliments it!

This heart-opening weekend will feature kirtan (call and response singing), a sound journey with guided meditation and singing bowls, japa mala mantra chanting, and a selection of deep listening practices, as well as solo time for journalling, walking the beautiful trails, practicing yoga asana, or breathing in the silence!

Nurture your heart, your voice and your nervous system while you cultivate deeper connections with yourself, others and the world around you.

I am a seeker of the more beautiful world my heart knows is possible, as well as an artist, musician, yogi, meditator, facilitator and guide. I’m passionate about creating spaces and practices where we can hear our own hearts. Where we can be present for ourselves and others with openness, curiosity, intention and warmth. I love sharing the practices of holding space, yoga nidra meditation and sacred sound journeys (including kirtan). I live in a small house with lots of sunlight in rural Nova Scotia.
