“When I am silent, I fall into that place where everything is music.” — Rumi

Experience the nourishing, connecting and transformative power of sound… and the blissful silence that compliments it!
This heart-opening weekend will feature kirtan (call and response singing), a sound journey with guided meditation and singing bowls, mantra chanting, and a selection of deep listening practices, as well as solo time for journalling, walking the beautiful trails, practicing yoga asana, or breathing in the silence!

Nurture your heart, your voice and your nervous system while you cultivate deeper connections with yourself, others and the world around you.

I am a seeker of the more beautiful world my heart knows is possible. And I am passionate about creating transformative spaces where we can be present for ourselves and others with openness, curiosity, intention and warmth. In addition to facilitating heart•spaces, I love to meditate, sing, write poetry, hike in the woods, cook colourful meals, and drink big mugs of hot steamy herbal tea. I live in a small house with lots of sunlight in rural Nova Scotia.
