Experience the nourishing, connecting and transformative power of sound… and the blissful silence that compliments it!

 Biography:

I am a seeker of the more beautiful world my heart knows is possible. And I am passionate about creating transformative spaces where we can be present for ourselves and others with openness, curiosity, intention and warmth. In addition to facilitating heart•spaces, I love to meditate, sing, write poetry, hike in the woods, cook colourful meals, and drink big mugs of hot steamy herbal tea. I live in a small house with lots of sunlight in rural Nova Scotia.
