Description:
This afternoon will be an opportunity for people to slow down and connect with themselves, like-minded individuals, and their environment. We will offer yoga and meditation to help participants drop into stillness followed by an experiential opportunity, where we will work with the beautiful plants all around us, learning to ethically harvest them and make natural medicines. Participants will also have an opportunity to experience pre-made medicines.
Emily Doyle and Stu Murray invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and profound rejuvenation. In this immersive workshop experience, we combine the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and tea ceremony to create a harmonious fusion of mindfulness and well-being. As you step into our serene sanctuary, prepare to drop into stillness, leaving behind the chaos of the outside world. Guided by our experienced instructors, you will explore the depths of your inner sanctuary, connecting with the elements that surround us. We will begin the afternoon by delving into the art of tea ceremony with Emily, allowing you to find peace and clarity in each sip. From this serene state, we will flow into a guided yoga and meditation flow with Stu. Come, join us, and let the power of these ancient practices guide you to a place of tranquility and balance.
