Biography :
Courtney Amo is a bilingual, certified 500-Hour Yoga Instructor (2003, 2017) and has been practicing yoga since 1999. Courtney taught Yoga professionally at various Ottawa studios from 2004-2010. After undertaking Big Yoga training with Meera Patricia Kerr, she developed and taught Yoga for Round Bodies classes for the Rama Lotus Yoga Centre from 2004 to 2005, for the Yoga and Tea Studio in 2010, and for the Marché Yoga Market in 2014. She has been teaching Yoga in Moncton, NB since 2010. In 2017, Courtney pursued further studies in India with Himalayan Yoga Master Yogrishi Vishvketu, and became a certified Akhanda Yoga Teacher.
Jacynte Leger is a Yoga Teacher & Wellness advocate. She’s been teaching yoga since 2009. Her desire to find physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance in her own life began when she was 20; this is what brought her to yoga and what started her journey into wellness. In 2008 she decided to take her first yoga teacher certification, since that basic certification she’s continued to study different styles and applications of yoga such as: Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Thai Yoga massage, EFT and mindset work. She loves to share different practices and aspects of yoga that have been so beneficial for herself and to countless others.
