Description:

Most of us have not been taught about emotions. What they are, what they mean, what to do with them. Through its mindful and embodied practices, Yoga can teach us about emotions and how they serve our lives and well-being.

During this weekend, building from Yoga philosophy and practice, we will grow our understanding of what emotions are, what it means to healthily process an emotion, and the consequences for the mind-body when emotions are unaddressed. The weekend includes theoretical workshops to help grow our emotional intelligence, yoga, meditation, and ecstatic dance to help develop our emotional processing toolkit.
