Description:

“When I am silent, I fall into that place where everything is music.” — Rumi

Experience the nourishing, connecting and transformative power of sound… and the blissful silence that compliments it!

Join me for a heart-opening weekend of kirtan (call and response singing), sound journeys with guided meditation and singing bowls, restful yoga nidra, and a selection of deep listening practices.

This edition also features a celebratory tea ceremony, a sacred/ecstatic dance, and an opportunity to set nourishing intentions for the year ahead. Between offerings, there is solo time for journalling by a cozy fire, walking the beautiful trails, or sitting in silence!

This weekend retreat is an invitation to step away from it all, and honour the transition between the old year and the new in a warm, joyful, restorative, alcohol-free setting.

Nurture your heart, your voice and your nervous system while you cultivate deeper connections with yourself, others and the world around you. ❤️

Biography:

I am an artist, musician, facilitation trainer and change-maker. I am passionate about creating spaces where we can connect in transformative and meaningful ways with ourselves, others and the world around us. My daily practices include yoga, meditation, writing, singing, hiking, cooking, cuddling, day-dreaming and drinking hot steamy tea. I live in a small house with lots of sunlight and two fuzzy friends (one human and one feline!) in rural Nova Scotia, Canada.
