Holotropic Breathwork uses the power of breath, evocative music and a type of bodywork that allows participants to release emotional blockages, gain insight and explore the psyche.
Description:
In this workshop participants will work in pairs as a breather and as a sitter while supported by trained holotropic breathwork facilitators. Each participant will have two sessions as a breather and two as a sitter followed by integrative artwork and community sharing circle. Each participant will have their own private cabin and access to acres of beautiful woodland trails and water views to reflect and deepen into the integration process.

Biography:
Nicole Ferris n.d/CaED is a psychedelic facilitator and counsellor with a particular interest in non ordinary states of consciousness. Trained and certified in Holotropic Breathwork and transpersonal psychology by Dr. Stanislav Grof and has also trained under Ralph Metzner PhD. She has also studied and trained with the traditional Mazatec, Bri Bri and Rastafarian cultures. Nicole offers private one on one and group sacred circles through the year.
Annie Perry is an integrated therapeutic bodyworker with 24 years of private practice in New London, NH. Her work blends Structural Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, Yoga, and her specialty—Traditional Thai Bodywork. Since discovering Holotropic Breathwork in 2007, this paradigm has transformed her approach, leading Annie to become a Certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator in 2024. The breathwork process deeply informs her practice, helping clients explore those places and spaces that await the light as we journey together toward healing and self-discovery.
