Lets create new possibilities by using Kundalini yoga, dance, and journaling, all aligned with the unique energy of the full moon.
The energy of a full moon is perfect for deep reflection, letting go of what no longer serves, and setting intentions for new beginnings.
The intention for the weekend: “I release what no longer serves me and illuminate the path forward with clarity and purpose.”

Friday, March 14th:
- 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm - Arrival of Participants
- 6 pm - 7 pm - Dinner
- 7:15 pm - 8 pm - Opening Ceremony and Intentions
- 8 pm - 9 pm - Meditation
Saturday, March 15th:
- 7 am - 8:30 am - Kundalini Yoga Session
- 9 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 11 am - Clearing and Journalling to define new intentions
- 12 pm - 1 pm - Lunch
- 3:30 pm - 5 pm - Dance for healing and letting go
- 6 pm - 7 pm - Dinner
- 8 pm - 9 pm - Full Moon Meditation
Sunday, March 16th:
- 7 am - 8:30 am - Kundalini Yoga session
- 9 am - 10 am - Breakfast
- 10 am - 10:30 am - Final journalling (reflection and integration)
- 10:30 am - Gratirtude circle, sharing
- 12 pm - Departure
Biographie :
Marie Chantale Roussel, Sower of joy, laughter and conscience. Certified Well-being Coach, Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, Zumba and Laughter Yoga facilitator, Reiki master for 25 years, with more than 32 years of experience in alternative treatments.
I especially support women in creating a new reality where they dare to shine and honor themselves. (Welcome to all genders)
