The retreat is designed to foster self-reflection. A rustic cabin, being close to nature, simple basic foods, silence, and the absence of distractions are integral to the experience.

Amenities :
- single bed and pillow;
- rocking chair and lamp;
- hotplate, dishware, pots and pans and utensils;
- wood stove (except in four small cabins) and electric baseboard heater.
Showers and toilets are located in an adjacent building, which is heated and has hot water.
Meals (included)
You prepare your own meals in your cabin. Simple foods are available 24 hours a day at “La Manne”, an adjacent building.
On the menu:
- fruits, vegetables, nuts, bread, cereals, eggs, cheese … ;
- drinking water, milk, instant coffee, tea and herbal teas ... ;

Additional Details
What to bring:
- Sleeping bag and pillow (we provide a mattress cover and pillowcase);
- Personal effects: toiletries, towel, flashlight, insect repellent (Please spray outside buildings at all times)
- Clothing for all seasons, just in case;
- Shoes, sandals or slippers for indoors (Thabor);
- Your own simple food if you have dietary restrictions. Please note there is a fridge at your disposal at La Manne for food brought in;
- If you have any allergies and/or health problems, please let us know as soon as possible;
- La Manne is open 24 hours a day. The following food items are always available: eggs, multigrain and white breads, milk, cheddar cheese, vegan soup and/or chili, apples, raw vegetables (carrots, celery), nuts, cereals (All Bran, granola, oats), black and green teas, herbal teas, instant coffee, hot chocolate mix, honey, sugar, salt and pepper.

- To fully enjoy the benefits of your silent retreat and to connect with nature, it is encouraged to put aside anything that may distract you from an inner journey.
- For most people, this means disconnecting from electronic devices (phone, computer, camera, iPod, tablet, etc.).
- For others, it may mean refraining from reading or taking many photos.
- Please note: To respect the privacy of others, ask for permission to take any photos that include them.
