PRESENTED IN ENGLISH

Synopsys:

Time and space for people who identify as male to come together for deep healing and connection. We are in a time between stories, where we desperately need to shed the skin of an oppressive power-over masculinity, and explore what it means to be a man in a power-with and power-to paradigm, where empathy, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence are key traits, and connecting with others and building relationships is far more important than just asserting dominance.

Description:

What’s holding you back from the life you desire? Navigating this fast-paced, ever-shifting landscape of our times can be challenging. The demands of work life, home life, family commitments, social obligations and healthy relationships can often feel overwhelming and at times impossible to manage. How is one to balance all of these demands?

It begins with authentic connection: connection to ourselves; connection to those around us; connection to our environment; and connection to the moment. As men in today's society we are being asked to step up, not into an egotistical, inflated or toxic version of the Masculine, but from our true nature rooted in Integrity, presence, openness and conscious awareness.

You are invited to explore this Masculine energy in community. Together, we will explore blockages inhibiting us in our daily lives, connect to our bodies through various movement practices, touch the deeper layers of ourselves through mindful and exploratory breath practices, and come together while we laugh (or cry) and break bread around the fire.

We were never meant to do this alone. When we come together in community, not only is the healing potential amplified, but through our brothers we see the same pains and joys we all carry. We remember the truth: we are not alone.

Available for people who identify as male ages 18 and up
