Synopsis:

Come explore our connection to nature through the practise of yoga (postures, breath, symbolism), the 5 Elements, and release with our fire and water ceremonies.

Description:

This weekend will have us moving our bodies with yoga asana by saluting the sun, restoring at night under the stars, breathing the fresh forest air, cleansing with clear cool water, and sending away what we no longer need through fire.

We will be enhancing our connection to nature by looking at our essence of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether/ Space. This includes a silent guided forest trek, moments to pause and meditate, grounding by the waters edge, learning more about our Doshas, and how the 5 Elements are part of our personal constitution/ make-up.
