Bio:
I moved to N.B from British Columbia 13 years ago. I started my Buddhist and Medical Chi Kung massage training with a master level teacher in Victoria 20 years ago. While in Victoria I started to teach Chi Kung classes and after moving to N.B my classes also included meditation and Buddhist values to create positive changes in one's life using the 6 Steps to Happiness. I work full time as a registered massage therapist in Dalhousie N.B and previous to Covid taught Chi Kung classes weekly and hosted a yearly retreat. I love inspiring others to see the many possibilities and opportunities that exist around us in any situation.
