This transformative and restorative weekend celebrates the art of creating welcoming, compassionate, nervous-system-friendly spaces for ourselves and others! Enjoy an inspiring weekend with like-hearted people in a beautiful natural setting.
Combining the ancient wisdom of yogic philosophy, the sacred art of holding space, and the nervous system regulation perspectives of polyvagal theory, this weekend retreat provides inspiration, knowledge, and a collection of actionable practices to help you facilitate safer, more compassionate spaces — so you can support your students in feeling more present, grounded, engaged and ready for the growth and transformation that yoga and meditation so powerfully offer.
The retreat includes: a beautiful, custom-designed card deck to support your own practice and share with your students, an inspiring and informative booklet detailing core concepts, a collection of practices you can easily implement and share immediately, as well as journal prompts to deepen your personal reflection and embodiment.
Come alone, or with other teachers from your studio! (Private retreats for individual studios available upon request.)

Biography:
I am an artist, musician, facilitation trainer and change-maker. I am passionate about creating spaces where we can connect in transformative and meaningful ways with ourselves, others and the world around us. My daily practices include yoga, meditation, writing, singing, hiking, cooking, cuddling, day-dreaming and drinking hot steamy tea. I live in a small house with lots of sunlight and two fuzzy friends (one human and one feline!) in rural Nova Scotia, Canada.
