Join Jacynte Leger and Sari LaBelle for this weekend retreat designed to help you weather the ever changing ebb and flow of life and reconnect with your authentic, soulful self.
Through the combination of kundalini & kripalu yoga, meditation, sound healing, and self-inquiry Jacynte and Sari will help you dive deep into the waters of your sacred self in order to unearth and awaken the radiant inner voice waiting to be shared with your world. No yoga or meditation experience required.

Vendredi/Friday:
Arrival: 4:00- 5:30 pm
6:30 – 8:00 pm – Opening circle – sound healing yoga nidra
samedi/Saturday
9 :00 am – 12 :00 pm - Workshop
3:30 pm – 5 :00 pm - Workshop
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Communal meal at Le Thabor
7:30 pm – 9 :00 pm – meditation & yoga nidra
dimanche /Sunday
7:00 am – 7:30 – morning meditation
9 :00 am – 12 :00 pm - Workshop
12:30 pm – 2 :30 pm - closing gathering / leaving

About — Jacynte Léger
Jacynte Leger: Jacynte has been teaching yoga in the greater Moncton area for over 8 years. Her desire to find physical, emotional, and spiritual balance in her own life began over 10 years ago, this is what brought her to yoga and keeps her coming back to her mat! She decided to take her yoga teacher certification in 2008, since her basic certification she has continued to study different style and applications of yoga such as: Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pre and Post natal Yoga, as well as Thai Yoga Body work.

Sari LaBelle: Sari’s passion and drive lies in helping individuals and organizations embrace change, optimize their health and well-being and realize their full potential. Since completing her MA in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in 2002, she has partnered with hundreds of individuals and organizations, helping them reach new heights of success and make their “impossible”, possible. As a certified yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness instructor, naturotherapist and shamanic healer, Sari helps individuals and groups tap into the wisdom of the body and restore and balance the seeds of health and vitality within.
