We begin the magic with an opening circle and guided meditation to ground & connect mind-body-spirit-space, naturally flowing into a free-spirited dance ceremony for women to move freely & without judgement however their bodies and spirits feel called.
Dance is a beautiful way to move stagnant energies, heal old wounds, releasing all that no longer serves, but also an incredible awakening of the kundalini.
The music is uplifting & beautiful, made for travelling deep within & far beyond.
