PRESENTED IN ENGLISH

Synopsis : Though restful and restorative yogic practices, we will plant seeds of intention to manifest our truest, most authentic selve.

Description:

Autumn is the perfect time to slow down and rest. With rest, we are able to turn inward and to ask ourselves what we need to live our truest most authentic life. Join us as we rest and restore though Yoga Asana, Meditation, and Sound Healing. Though Yoga Nidra Meditation, we will discover our Sankalpa, or intention, and begin to manifest our truest desires. Biography:

Julie Ripley-Gould E-RYT YACEP with Yoga Alliance, Owner and Operator of Root to Rise Yoga in Amherst NS

I began my Yoga Journey back in 2010. I attended my first yoga class and never looked back. I decided to take my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. I finished my training in 2015, and became a Registered Yoga Teacher. I’ve taught Yoga full-time since then, with more than 2000 hours of teaching experience. I am a continuous learner, and I have completed training in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Sound Healing, Restorative and Yin Yoga, as well as Trauma Informed Yoga. Based on a need that I see in our community, I have made it my mission to make Yoga accessible and inclusive for all, helping people find a sense of peace, healing, and wellbeing. I believe teaching Yoga is my calling, and I am excited to share my practice with you all.
