Retreat Description:
A weekend retreat to pause, breathe, and examine our relationship with productivity through the lens of yoga. Together, we’ll explore movement, meditation, rest, and reflection practices that invite us to shift from constant striving toward a more grounded, sustainable way of being. Through different styles of yoga, meaningful conversation, and time in nature, we’ll consider what it means to live with purpose without becoming consumed by performance.
